PLC variable frequency control system, temperature control precision, the default multi section temperature control, according to the different processes can be arbitrary choice of temperature section number. Our Advantages
- Adopt advanced circulating air heating technology, hot air circulates within the whole furnace, with low power consumption, more even heating, more accurate temperature control, short time and high output.
- Power off protection. When the power cuts off, the vacuum will be maintained automatically and there will be no waste products. The production can be continued when the power backs up.
- For the furnace with 3 and over 3 layers, it equipped with lifting platform. It position lifting automatically and save manpower.
- New customized 75mm densified composite board thermal insulation material is used, with strong thermal insulation.
- Temperature rise system is automatically controlled with power-off protection.
- The equipment can produce laminated glass, sandwich glass, toughened laminated glass, marble laminated glass, conductive glass, laminated art glass, LED glass, wall panel glass, ceramic tile glass, micro-crystalline composite brick, TV background wall, arc laminated glass.
- Process laminated glass includes: real flower glass, silk cloth glass, feather glass, cross glass, colored laminated glass, tea table glass, reinforced glass, wall cabinet door, marble laminated glass, etc.
- The laminated glass equipment adopts man-machine dialogue and computer control operation, and all procedures are completed automatically. In addition, the equipment adopts PLC programming, which makes the temperature control system more accurate. The time and temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily according to the thickness of different glass to ensure a qualified rate of our products.
