A: We are factory.  Qingdao DingAnDa (DAD) Glass is the exporting department of Tianjin DingAnDa (DAD) Glass, which locate in Tianjin.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 7-14 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-45 days if the goods are not in stock or customer-made orders, it is according to quantity. 

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: No, we do not offer samples for machines. But for some glass or accessories, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.For more details. please confirm with us. 

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: We accept T/T and L/C etc. Full payment before shipment.
